  • Will the BEACHCADDY™ hold every bottle/can size?

    Yes….its been tested. BEACHCADDY™ has 2 different recessed cup like areas specifically designed to hold various sized beverages/drinks with or without thick or thin koozies, it will also hold the YETI Colster/Ramblers , FOSTERS beer can, and even a various red/white wine bottles! and 2 wine glasses of course!

  • What kind of hardware is need for my BEACHCADDY™ to mount to a sand spike?

    NONE, just slide it onto any typical 2″ retail or home made sand spike!, Yep its that Easy!

  • How long will it take to install my BEACHCADDY™ ?

    Our Guesstimation is less than the time required to slip on a pair of flipflops…….It’s Super quick!

  • Is BEACHCADDY™ compatible with any sand spike?

    The BEACHCADDY™ fits any 2″ sand spike, 2″ is the most common diameter.  2″ sand spikes can generally be found for purchase in all coastal region stores: such as  local tackle shops, Walmarts in Coastal regions or even at Bass Pro Shops, Cabelas, Gander Mountain, Academy Sports…you can also order a sand spike off AMAZON!

  • How do I buy a BEACHCADDY™ ?

    Currently BEACHCADDY™ are being sold directly through this website www.spikecaddy.com, we a are in discussion with a few select retailers and local tackle shops in the Outer Banks, NC however at this time, the website the only way.  Click on the “Pre-Order” button in the main navigation bar, then click the “Pre-Order NOW” tab, and you can enjoy your BEACHCADDY™ once its shipped.

  • What is a sand spike and where can I buy one ?

    Sand spikes are as important when surf fishing to a surf fishermen as having a rod and reel….in fact, sand spikes are the most common ancillary piece of tackle a surf fishermen has and coastal regions sell a ton of them.  The sand spike is generally placed in a location convenient for the fisherman to store the rod while fishing; otherwise relieving the fisherman from the obligation of manually holding the rod. A sand spike also allows the fisherman to engage in other activities while awaiting a fish such as tending to a beverage or maintaining bait, tackle, and gear.

    BEACHCADDY™ has reinvented the sand spike purpose, a sand spike is only a rod holder however with a BEACHCADDY™ attached….it transforms into a personal dual-beverage, multi-purpose, extremely versatile portable recreation station.  So whether you surf fishing, or just chillin/relaxing on the beach, keep all your sunscreen, sunglasses, books, ipad/tablets, e-readers, Bluetooth speaker, tackle, gear, bait, , etc off the beach, out of the sand and saltwater.  

  • How durable is a BEACHCADDY™ ?

    The BEACHCADDY™ is made from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) material with a U.V. (Ultra Violet) Protection additive to provide long lasting and resilient performance for outdoor use when exposed to the harshest conditions of the sun, sand and/or saltwater.

    How do I clean my BEACHCADDY™ ?.

    Your BEACHCADDY™ is not only simple to clean; it can be cleaned in a variety of ways depending on your preference, soap and water, or bleach is acceptable.

    Will prolonged exposure to the sun damage my BEACHCADDY™ ?

    No. BEACHCADDY™ is made to withstand the harshest marine/outdoor conditions and includes U.V. protection. It will not rot or discolor.

    Where else can I use a BEACHCADDY™ ?

    The Beach is the most obvious, however anywhere you have a sandy bottom, so you can even utilize the  BEACHCADDY™ at the Lakes and Rivers.
